Lifecare 3 year service plans

You can purchase a Life Care plan at any time, regardless of where you bought the caravan. It comprises of 3 Total Serve services and meets all manufacturer warranty criteria. The cost includes parts, labour and VAT.

For warranty work carried out using our mobile service there will be a chargeable call out fee per visit.

Prompt collection of caravan

Once all work is completed in our workshop, your caravan MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS or incur our daily storage fee.

Le Meilleur caravan servicing

An exceptional service for owners of premium caravans

In 2018, we launched our 'Le Meilleur' annual servicing package. Owners of Buccaneer, Alaria, Elegance and Continental caravans will receive our Le Meilleur level of service as standard.

You'll receive a dedicated customer contact who will keep you up to date on your service until collection day, as well as your own 'Guru Technician' who'll consult with you fully, before working on your vehicle to your satisfaction.

In addition to the full manufacturer approved annual service, we will perform an additional AL-KO ATC diagnostic check and motor mover check, should one be fitted. A complete exterior wash* and wax adds another level of care and attention before handing back to you.

Terms & Conditions

Our S life & All Life service plans are a contract for 3 years consecutive years servicing purchased at the time of vehicle sale collection only. Purchase cannot be made after that time for any reason.

LifeCare plans are available to purchase at any point regardless of where and when the caravan was purchased.

All our service plans are non-transferrable between customers but can be transferred by the original purchaser to caravans / motorhomes purchased subsequently from Greentrees or from another dealership provided Greentrees are authorised to service that brand.

Service plans cannot be transferred to any other dealership from Greentrees, no cash refunds are given on any service plan at any time during the policy life.

The All Life plan is a basic service for caravans not under warranty and does not include certain items such as water ingress checks or CO checks, both of which are recommended by us.

It remains your obligation to book the vehicle in at the correct interval and ensure you do not miss the consecutive years as this will void the plan.
