Due to the pressures upon us as a result of COVID-19 closure period, as a business we now have 2 months worth of backlog work including servicing and warranty repairs which must be completed to catch up on, as well as a huge influx of new customers. Our staff have been fantastic and are working up to 40% longer hours to ensure we are able to complete work already booked in. However, we are temporarily unable to offer telephone technical support via workshop technicians for the above reasons; this is the first time in our history we are unable to provide free and immediate technical assistance via phone so please show understanding to our team and staff members.

We will resume this service as soon as we are able to, but we predict this will be September/October. We thank you for your forbearance during these challenging times.
