Ref 005: Swift 2010 Front Window Alignment

We thought it might be a good idea to post this bulletin as we have had a couple of customers request their front windows be adjusted as the centre window sits higher than the two windows either side. After looking at this at our service centre our technicians were unable to align them. After investigating this and speaking to Swift technical guy Kelvin Brown, he explained that the front panel is bowed and so the windows will sit at slightly different heights to the front panel beneath them. This is within Swift tolerances, and he also added that by adjusting them you can in fact make the windows leak.

We therefore advise that no adjustment be made to Swift front windows on models from 2007 – 2010.
