During the lockdown period the directors were planning ways to improve our services and our appearance to create the best possible customer experience from start to finish.

As soon as we were able, we started works and they are still ongoing in what has turned out to be quite a major overhaul project to lift the whole business.

We have created a full on feature area out the front of the shop (main customer entrance) where we had a tired flaking concrete car park style surface, we have edged a bespoke walkway with cobble sets and then laid a resin driveway to provide, a clean, modern look and more importantly a safer surface to walk on and anti slip in the wet. In addition new grey feature stone areas to create vehicle display spots. Finished and trimmed in high quality artificial grass to remind us all of the great outdoors and campsites whilst browsing.

Next we moved on to our carpark area, the lines were getting tired and fading and we had one or two customers bumping kerbs on their way in and out with vehicles, we decided to do a full car park revamp, remove all the existing lines, mark clearly all new customer parking bays including disabled spots and all new customer drop off zone and workshop despatch bays. For any workshop customers coming into the business , please on arrival reverse into our designated drop off zone then come into the shop to see the aftercare team.

Next on the list was replacing the ramps in our main workshop for newer, more efficient modern technology, now installed and in use, we are finding them much easier and more controlled ultimately making us more streamlined and once again lifting our workshop facilities to the most modern in the area.

Then with the front display areas sorted, new layout car park and the workshops updated, we then moved on to the really big task……….. the main depot building !

A revamp to the outside of the building, a full on colour change re-paint from industrial grey to modern black finished with bespoke exterior timber styling, this project is rather large and still in progress, watch this space for finished photos or better yet, pop in and take a look for yourselves next time you have some free time.

We continue to invest in the business and ensure Greentrees is at the top of the list when it comes to choosing where to visit for your next leisure vehicle.
