Elddis Aerial Issues…… Explained And Solved

Since Elddis have been fitting the new ‘stick’ type TV aerial on all their models since 2012, we have had a number of customers contacting us saying that it doesn’t work properly. When we get the caravan into our workshop and check the aerial its found to be working fine and its either user error or mismatched equipment so we thought we would ask Elddis themselves about how to set up the new type aerial for best results.

The symtoms are often that the aerial works fine for a bit then looses all signal for a while then randomly regains its signal. 9 out 10 problems are simply the customer using an incompatible TV or the wrong type of aerial lead. Check out our video for more info.
