We have just purchased a new Swift Sprite Quattro 6 Berth Caravan from yourselves and took delivery Friday 22nd March. I initially placed the order with Dan Robotham back in October after visiting the Caravan Show and coming over to visit yourselves.
Just wanted to wanted to say a big ‘Thank you’ to Dan it’s been a pleasure to deal with him always obliging nothing too much trouble. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will always find out and come back to you. We had a hick up on delivery to yourselves, your guys noticed a spider crack on the front panel. Looks as if a stone had hit in transportation from Hull.
It’s been sorted in your body shop and we were very Happy with the caravan.
Please give Dan a pat on the back he is an excellent Ambassador for Greentrees and does an excellent job for you. Would have no hesitation in recommending Dan and Greentrees to any of our friends.
Just had a warranty replacement back panel fitted at their Bodyshop and the service was fabulous and the job is outstanding! Daily text updates and caravan handed back to us in immaculate order. Handover on collection was very well explained to my son. Let me and him spend as much time as we wanted looking it over and even checked wheel nuts before we left and they hadn’t touched them but checked anyway. Couldn’t find a single fault at all. Workmanship was spot on!!! Very happy indeed! Well done Greentrees.
I purchased a second hand Sprite Musketeer caravan from Greentree Caravans in 1991 and have used their services since. As the company has expanded and the running of the company has passed down through the family it had never lost the small family business, friendly, caring approach. They have always helped me out whether I have bought my caravan through them or not, and it has not mattered that my caravan has not always been a brand they sell.
Over the years we have bought one used and two new caravans from Greentrees and have always had good service. We took delivery of our new caravan in March and are delighted with it. However on the second trip away we had a big problem with the waste pipe coming away and swamping the under sink cupboard. Greentree staff got in immediate touch with their travelling engineer, who came promptly to fix the problem and thereby allowed us to continue to enjoy our holiday. We have always found the staff friendly and helpful and particularly enjoy our chats with Hayley.
An extensive range of caravans with helpful and knowledgeable staff. We purchased a new Xplore (our first van purchase) and the staff went through all the things we would need and helped us novices through the procedures required to start our holidays. They even arranged for me to have caravan towing lessons which I found confidence building.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Greentrees! We purchased our first ever caravan a few weeks ago, and the staff have been amazing. Very in depth hand over by Marc showing us what everything does and how it works. Great for us newbies! Even delivered it for us! (Big thanks to Scott for the original viewing too!) Always there to reply to my numerous (novice) questions. Couldn’t fault them at all! Looking forward to many happy years caravanning!
