Dan has years of experience delivering high volumes of sales and even higher levels of customer care. As a result, he has become widely recognisable and is very approachable. He has great sense of humour and adopts a non pressured buying experience which always makes customers feel at ease.
Dan has proven his skills in the sales team and consistently delivers great service along with great numbers. He sees many customers coming back to buy their second and third vehicles. During 2020 Dan was promoted to Sales Team Leader. Dan also heads up our social media channels; Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.

Daryl Clark Retail Shop Manager
Daryl heads up our retail shop and online webstore, coming to us after serving 15 years in supermarket retail, Daryl is used to fast paced retail, dynamic customer focused service and promotions and understands the need to keep the product offering up to date on trend and varied to ensure we continue to offer the best selection in the county.
Georgia Sadler Accessory Advisor / HireMe Team Leader
Georgia joined us in March 2022 to strengthen our accessory shop team due to demand and the growing online side of our business also.
Georgia comes from a very busy retail environment and is used to working within a large team.
She is very keen to learn our products and has already demonstrated a willingness to help customers and staff wherever possible. In time Georgia will also become more involved with our HireMe leisure business dealing with rentals of caravans and motorhomes.
When not at work you will find Georgia laying under her Landrover discovery off roader, fixing the latest item after a tough day at the track or green lanes.
Daniel Hannant Accessory Advisor
Daniel joined our shop team in 2021 after the successful relaunch of our online shop, to aid in packing and moving stock for customers orders. Daniel works alongside our shop team daily offering support wherever needed and is proving to be a very motivated young man.
Geraldine Ford Greentree Group Accounts Manager
Geraldine leads the Accounts Team, handling all of The Greentree Group’s financial affairs. Her skills include a meticulous attention to detail and a clear understanding of the ethical way The Greentree Group operates in the financial arena. Geraldine has been a great asset to the team over the years and is a key cog to the machine.
Sara Greentree Accounts Clerk
Sara has 15 years experience in housing administration before making the move to the Greentree Accounts team. She joins Geraldine in managing all of the accounts across the group.
Sara is just one part of the duo that is our accounts team, they work fantastically well together. Along with accounts Sara also manages our staff admin, holiday bookings, pensions and even ensures every member of staff gets a personalised company birthday card.

Shannon Rowland Service Manager
Shannon heads up our front of house (aftercare reception team) overseeing the day to day customer interactions on face to face and remote communication to our customer base.
On a rota system Shannon covers both the service reception role and the parts / warranty role giving her a finger on the pulse insight to the service our customers receive.
Shannons happy cheerful approach means she is highly regarded by our customers and often complimented in her helpful approach.
In May 2022 Shannon has been promoted to service manager overseeing all of our customer care on the service/ warranty side of the business. Shannon has gone from strength to strength in her 4 years here and has built great relationships with our customers and our team
Abbie Jordan Parts & Warranty Administrator
Abbie organises the day-to-day running of the warranty and parts department. If you have a warranty query or insurance claim Abbie is the person to contact, after being with us for a number of years, she is a fountain of knowledge and has a great eye for detail, a real asset to our team.

Becky Henson Service Reception

Becky joined our team in 2020 to assist our super busy Valet team, soon Becky showed a desire to be more customer facing and moved to our Service / Aftercare front desk team.
Becky now is in training on our service reception role, dealing with the majority of all vehicles coming into and leaving our workshop facilities.
Jared Froom Workshops Manager
Jared Froom is the younger brother of Mitchell Froom, who was one most celebrated technicians in recent years. Jared has chosen to follow in his brothers footsteps and learn the caravan business starting with the Service Department. Jared is an excellent young man and brings the service team to life with his youthful energy and ‘get up and go’ attitude.
Update May 2018 – Jared has now been promoted to service team leader, his work ethic and respect gained made him to clear choice to lead the service and warranty repair team technicians, now fully qualified in gas, and electrical certifications, along with many other accolades, Jared is now an expert in the products we sell and maintain, often under estimated due to his age and youthful appearance, customers are amazed by his technical ability and knowledge.
Jared is a lead from the front team leader, often in early and staying late with his team to ensure jobs are completed on time to allow our aftercare team to exceed customer expectations.
Jared was promoted in May 2022 to our workshops manager, now monitoring and assisting both our service and pdi workshops. Jared has proved himself and is on track for a long career at Greentrees
Stuart Andrews Guru Technician
Stuart joined us in 2018 on the Guru scheme in our aftercare department, having previously been a self employed builder, Stuart is well versed in most areas of work and has a vast experience of working with different materials and customers.
Harry Slight Mobile Service Technician
Harry joined us mid 2018 in our trainee programme in the workshop.
Harry is now our dedicated Mobile Service Technician ,after a rota system between all staff, Harry soon proved a very willing and enthusiastic addition to the team, customers love his cheerful and polite manner. Harry was previously in the building trade so knows his way around tools and hard work.
Harry is out on the road every week day performing services at customers homes, storage sites and on touring site pitches when people are currently using their vehicles.
Robbie Elliott Service Technician
Robbie joined us in 2021 to add to our main workshop team, Robbie is currently part way through a bespoke Apprenticeship within the caravan and motorhome sector and joined our team to get the best experience and variation of work after starting his career with a single mobile engineer elsewhere.
Robbie is a fantastic young talent and has shown a work ethic and approach way in advance of his years.

Liam Brown Service Technician
Liam joined us in 2022 on our workshop assistant training scheme. Liam will be working alongside one of our guru technicians for hands on training for the next 1-2 years before starting his progression within the business.
Scott Dawkins PDI Team Leader
Scott joined us in 2018 on our Guru scheme, coming from a mechanical repair background, Scott is well versed in brake systems,engines and general maintenance. Scott passed his Gas course and is now a qualified gas tester.
After 3 years with us Scott has now stepped up to lead our pdi team
Steve Beales Pdi Technician
Steve has joined our team as of Dec 2020. Steve formerly of Beck motorhomes of Rollesby was made redundant due to the winding up of the business, Greentrees jumped at the change to employ Steve and his wealth of experience of over 10 years on the tools working on leisure vehicles.
Steve is now part of our PDI crew within our aftercare team

Jeff Hewitt PDI Valet Team Guru
Jeff joined us with a background stretching back over 15 years in vehicle preparation, he is the voice of experience in this very technical job. His knowledge allows us to prepare our stock better than anyone else and, as such, the level of cleanliness is kept to a very standard high thanks to Jeff. Jeff also has a fantastic sense of humour and gels well with all the staff. We can sometimes go almost the full day without crossing paths with Jeff, he just gets his head down and works, you never need to check on his work, his level of self drive and discipline justify it.

Dominic joined us post COVID-19 lockdown ending, when we saw a huge spike in demand within the business, Dominic heads up looking after our display area, from gardening to preparing the stock, minor repairs and valeting are all part of the daily tasks. Dominic has proved himself to be a very hard worker and has settle quickly within the team

Steve Roberts Valeting Assistant
Steve is the shining example of our special needs integration scheme here at Greentrees. He joined us on a one day release from a local day centre in 1992, and over the next ten years he impressed us so much we decided to employ him full time. As a result, this enabled him to get his own flat in Dereham, and has now fully integrated into the local community – and all because we gave him the time and chance to prove himself.

Anthony Potter Valeting Assistant
Anthony is the second person to join our Special needs integration Scheme from our local day centre. He proved to be so useful we took him as a full time member of our valeting team. Wavey, as he is affectionately known, is a well known and much-loved member of the local community in his home town of North Elmham.

Justyn Greentree Coachworks Head Estimator
Justyn is a Director of Greentrees, and joined the family business in 1990. He started as an Apprentice Technician and soon gained a wealth of industry experience, and, as a result, now has one of the best overall technical caravanning and motorhome brains in the UK today. His expertise is now used in our Coachworks Division Team of three technicians – the largest dedicated caravan / motorhome body repairers in the East of England.

Scott Abbott Coachworks Team
Scott joined us years ago as a recent college leaver, first joining our workshop team as a trainee technician, soon after Scott was highlighted as a future team member so trained to become a fully qualified service guru carrying his gas & electrical qualifications amongst others.
In 2019 when we expanded our workshop facilities and built a bespoke new PDI building, Scott was chosen to head the pdi team as team leader, here he trained the other staff and oversaw every job personally as well as ensuring the implementation of the new facility. After Scott had trained the team, he expressed an interest in the coachworks division of our business conducting accident repairs, water ingress work and paintwork, in 2021 we moved Scott to join the coachworks team where is has settled in well and is fast becoming an important member of the team there also.

Harry joined the business on our trainee assistant scheme, learning the trade from our resident guru technicians on a daily basis.
Harry moved to our coachworks team in 2020 following him showing a keen interest in the water ingress repair, timberwork side of things, now working within Justyns team conducting damp repairs and accident damage

Neil Greentree Managing Director - The Greentree Group of Companies
Neil Greentree has been a part of the team since 1982, starting as a Saturday boy in the early eighties. He served in the service team for 10 years before learning the art of selling within the business. In 1995, Neil was given the chance to run the company and was key to creating the dynamic multi-activity leisure dealership you now see today. He is very highly respected in the caravan industry, being one of the longest serving professionals in the industry. His advice is sought by many, including the Norfolk Police and Glass’s Guide. He has also starred on a Sky One documentary about the Greentrees Adventurestore business in 2007 and often commentates on caravan affairs at National Caravan Shows and alike. Neil has now stepped back from the front line of the company to focus on his caravan industry consultancy commitments, windsurfing, and other areas of interest.

Dave has had over 25 years of experience on IT system management and business systemisation and in the early years mentored Neil Greentree in the principles of business systemisation. Dave and Neil are now well known for their unrivalled knowledge of business IT systemisation techniques.
