Harry rejoined the company after a 2 year break. Initially, Harry was with us during the Covid period on our very busy valet team preparing sold vehicles before they’re handed over. This time coming back to the sales team. Harry grew up around touring caravans throughout his younger years, visiting various holiday destinations throughout the UK with his family.
Harry is excited to learn the ropes and looks forward to a bright career within Greentrees Caravanstore and one day purchasing his own caravan.

Daryl works in our retail shop and online web store. Coming to us after serving 15 years in supermarket retail, Daryl is used to fast paced retail, dynamic customer focused service and promotions and understands the need to keep the product offering up to date on trend and varied to ensure we continue to offer the best selection in the county.

Shannon Rowland Service Manager

Shannon heads up our front of house (aftercare reception team) overseeing the day to day customer interactions on face to face and remote communication to our customer base.
On a rota system Shannon covers both the service reception role and the parts / warranty role giving her a finger on the pulse insight to the service our customers receive.
Shannons happy cheerful approach means she is highly regarded by our customers and often complimented in her helpful approach.
In May 2022 Shannon has been promoted to service manager overseeing all of our customer care on the service/ warranty side of the business. Shannon has gone from strength to strength in her 4 years here and has built great relationships with our customers and our team

Jared Froom Workshop Manager
Jared’ career path started out learning the caravan business with the Service Department. An excellent young man who brings the service team to life with his youthful energy and ‘get up and go’ attitude.
In May 2018 Jared was promoted to Service Team Leader, his work ethic and respect gained made him a clear choice to lead the service and warranty repair team of technicians. Now fully qualified in gas workmanship, and electrical certifications, along with many other accolades, Jared is now an expert in the products we sell and maintain.
Jared is a lead from the front team leader, often in early and staying late with his team to ensure jobs are completed on time to allow our Aftercare team to exceed customer expectations.
Jared was promoted again in May 2022 to Workshop Manager, now monitoring and assisting both our service & PDI workshops working alongside Shannon to ensure a smooth running of the Aftercare team.

Stuart Andrews Workshop Team Leader
Stuart joined us in 2018 on the Guru scheme in our Aftercare department, having previously been a self employed builder. Stuart is well versed in most areas of work and has a vast experience of working with different materials. Stuart is a family man, he has 3 daughters and is a car enthusiast out most weekends when not in the workshop.
During 2022 Stuart was promoted to workshop Team Leader and now oversees the running of vehicles coming in for additional extras being fitted, along with general servicing and warranty repairs.

Becky Henson Service Reception

Becky joined our team in 2020 to assist our super busy Valet team.
Soon Becky showed a desire to be more customer facing and moved across to our Aftercare team during 2021. Becky now heads up the role of Service & Aftercare department and deals with booking customers in for annual servicing along with a full array of other services.
Becky is now fully competent and has settled in the role of running the service reception day to day. A very busy and responsible role dealing with the majority of all vehicles coming in and leaving our workshop facilities.
Leah Gobey Parts & Warranty Administrator

Leah has joined us late 2022 to assist with the smooth running of the warranty and parts department. Excited for a new challenge, Leah has moved across from the hospitality background, Leah is already making a positive impression on our customers. Leah is keen for coastal walks with her dog along North Norfolk.
Robbie Elliott Guru Technician
Robbie joined us in 2021 to add to our main workshop team. Growing up, Robbie and his family have travelled around the UK in their Autotrail motorhome visiting various holiday destinations, which then ignited his passion for leisure vehicles. Robbie left school and immediately joined a caravan and motorhome company, learning the ropes before coming over to Greentrees.
Robbie is a fantastic young talent and has shown a work ethic and approach way in advance of his years. The knowledge Robbie gained in his early career has fast tracked him through his journey to Guru Technician within the workshop.

Justyn Greentree Coachworks Team Head
Justyn is a director of Greentrees and joined the family business in 1990. He started as an apprentice Technician and soon gained a wealth of industry experience, and as a result, now has one of the best overall technical caravanning and motorhome brains in the UK today. Justyn has won numerous NCC and manufacturer awards during his career. His expertise is now used in our Coachworks Division Team of three technicians – the largest dedicated caravan / motorhome body repairers in the East of England.

Scott Abbott Coachworks Team
Scott joined us years ago as a recent college leaver, first joining our workshop team as a trainee technician, soon after Scott was highlighted as a future team member so trained to become a fully qualified service guru carrying his gas & electrical qualifications amongst others.
In 2019 when we expanded our workshop facilities and built a bespoke new PDI building, Scott was chosen to head the pdi team as team leader, here he trained the other staff and oversaw every job personally as well as ensuring the implementation of the new facility. After Scott had trained the team, he expressed an interest in the coachworks division of our business conducting accident repairs, water ingress work and paintwork, in 2021 we moved Scott to join the coachworks team where is has settled in well and is fast becoming an important member of the team there also.

Harry joined the business on our trainee assistant scheme, learning the trade from our resident guru technicians on a daily basis.
Harry moved to our coachworks team in 2020 following him showing a keen interest in the water ingress repair, timberwork side of things, now working within Justyns team conducting damp repairs and accident damage

Geraldine Ford Greentree Group Accounts Manager

Geraldine leads the Accounts Team, handling all of The Greentree Group’s financial affairs. Her skills include a meticulous attention to detail and a clear understanding of the ethical way The Greentree Group operates in the financial arena. Geraldine has been a great asset to the team over the years and is a key cog to the machine.

Sara Greentree Accounts Clerk

Sara has 15 years experience in housing administration before making the move to the Greentree Accounts team. She joins Geraldine in managing all of the accounts across the group.
Sara is just one part of the duo that is our accounts team, they work fantastically well together. Along with accounts Sara also manages our staff admin, holiday bookings, pensions and even ensures every member of staff gets a personalised company birthday card.

Sam joins the team at the beginning of 2023 in a new role of Customer Host. Many of you will meet Sam when visiting the store, along with speaking on the phone for general enquiries who will assist with directing your enquiry to the relevant team member within the business. Sam has a whole wealth of customer service experience is very much looking forward to meeting you all.

Jeff Hewitt PDI Valet Team Guru
Jeff joined us with a background stretching back over 15 years in vehicle preparation, he is the voice of experience in this very technical job. His knowledge allows us to prepare our stock better than anyone else and, as such, the level of cleanliness is kept to a very standard high thanks to Jeff. Jeff also has a fantastic sense of humour and gels well with all the staff. We can sometimes go almost the full day without crossing paths with Jeff, he just gets his head down and works, you never need to check on his work, his level of self drive and discipline justify it.

Anthony is the second person to join our Special needs integration Scheme from our local day centre. He proved to be so useful we took him as a full time member of our valeting team. Wavey, as he is affectionately known, is a well known and much-loved member of the local community in his home town of North Elmham.

Neil Greentree Managing Director - The Greentree Group of Companies
Neil Greentree has been a part of the team since 1982, starting as a Saturday boy in the early eighties. He served in the service team for 10 years before learning the art of selling within the business. In 1995, Neil was given the chance to run the company and was key to creating the dynamic multi-activity leisure dealership you now see today. He is very highly respected in the caravan industry, being one of the longest serving professionals in the industry. His advice is sought by many, including the Norfolk Police and Glass’s Guide. He has also starred on a Sky One documentary about the Greentrees Adventurestore business in 2007 and often commentates on caravan affairs at National Caravan Shows and alike. He has been the person behind the rise and rise of The Greentrees Group in recent times including recently opened business’s such as THE VAULT vehicle storage and BUDGET CARAVANS economy caravan sales. He now oversees the whole Greentrees Group operation and acts as Dealer Principal at Greentrees Caravanstore on a part time basis.

David has a long history with Greentrees working with Neil Greentree to develop our IT systems such as Adventurecare (our workshop job monitoring system) and more recently Acorn (our customer relations management system).
Dave has had over 25 years of experience on IT system management and business systemisation and in the early years mentored Neil Greentree in the principles of business systemisation. Dave and Neil are now well known for their unrivalled knowledge of business IT systemisation techniques.
